[UPDATED 25-03-2020] Measures taken by Proto regarding the Coronavirus
Dear members of Proto,
In this news article you can read more about the measures the Proto board will take regarding the Coronavirus. These measures are taken according to the guidelines set by the RIVM and the University of Twente. Please try to follow these guidelines and gather information from reliable sources.

Activities cancelled
All activities up to and including June 1st will be cancelled. If the advice on gatherings changes, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Protopolis and SmartXP closed
The Protopolis and SmartXP will at least be closed up to and including June 1st. If you really urgently need to enter SmartXP, you need to discuss this with Alfred (a.p.devries@utwente.nl) or Michel (Zilverling facility manager) (m.j.b.tenbulte@utwente.nl).
Education
As you might have heard, all educational activities (lectures, tutorials, etc.) will be held online up to and including June 1st. Further information on specific courses will be shared via Canvas.
Study advisors will still be reachable if you have any questions or concerns regarding your education.
