During this lunch lecture the owner of El Niño will be explaining how they’ve developed a salary calculator for JustEatTakeaway (https://www.thuisbezorgd.nl/bezorger). They developed a salary calculator form on the courier recruitment platform to attract more candidates and increase the quality of the candidates. This lecture will go through the process on how they managed to come up with the first ideas, to gathering feedback, implementing the ideas and gathering data to verify whether the new version converts better than the previous one.
