This GMM will be the change of boards GMM from board 8.0 to board 9.0.
We’ll present the following documents:

• The Year Report from board 8.0
• The Policy Plan from board 9.0
• The Static Policy Plan, changed by board 8.0 and board 9.0
• The Budget Plan from board 9.0

If you’re not able to make it to the whole GMM, it’s okay to show up later or leave earlier. (but make sure to sign up anyways and let one of the board members know).
There is also the possibility to let someone other than you, vote or speak on you behalf. In that case fill in this document, and present it to the Chairman at the GMM.
