The board is looking for input and feedback regarding the board restitution plan presented in GMM 45. Do you have ideas on how Proto can partially compensate its board members for their presence and activism for the association? Or do you just want to hear about what others think? We are happy to hear all about it during this input session where there is room for discussion.

In the end we hope to come up with a final (revised) proposal to vote for in a new GMM.
