Psychology and Lord of the Rings with Erik Faber

In stories, you often witness a character development. Carl Gustav Jung coined this term as “individuation,” which is about integrating the various parts of the human psyche into a whole (individus = Latin for undivided / not fragmented).

And what better way to learn about these aspects, than to learn about them while watching Lord of the Rings? We will watch first eat dinner together, then watch a part of the Lord of the Rings-movies. Erik Faber will discuss the psychology with you, with our main focus on the character-development of both Frodo and Aragorn. Of course, we cannot fit all the Lord of the Rings-movies in one evening, so be on the lookout for the next activity!

The dinnerform can be found on the site on the day itself.
