On the first Protonight of the year we will gather in the SmartXp to create our own sushi! With the guidance of seasoned sushi maker Claudia Westerveld we will make our own sushi rolls. Your dietary wishes will be taken into account for buying ingredients, so make sure you have indicated them on your dashboard. Afterwards you can take your sushi mat home :)

Small note: Please take your own chopsticks and/or containers to the activity so you can eat or take home your sushi.
